Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer (Tier 3–4) to support a large-scale Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environment with over 5,000 endpoints. In this role, you will own desktop architecture and endpoint management using Intune and SCCM, support Autopilot and hybrid identity (Entra ID and Active Directory /Group Policy Objects), serve as the final escalation point for complex issues, automate solutions with PowerShell, and lead ongoing enterprise endpoint modernization efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a tier 3+ level desktop engineer
• Hands-on enterprise Intune and MECM (SCCM) experience, including OS deployment, software distribution, compliance, and device management at scale
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Join, and Windows Autopilot
• Proven experience managing and deploying Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 in an environment of 5,000+ endpoints
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and large-scale desktop operations
• Strong verbal/ written communication and customer service skills
