Job Description

The Cyber Risk & Resilience Analyst provides critical support across the teams core functions, including risk management, compliance, business continuity planning, and cyber awareness. This is an early-career role ideal for someone looking to build foundational expertise across multiple
domains of cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, curiosity, and process execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Support execution and documentation of cyber risk assessments and third-party reviews
Execute security awareness campaigns, training logistics, and communication
Develop and maintain Cyber Risk and Resiliency tools and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and workflow tracking
Help coordinate cyber incident tabletop exercises and track resulting action items
Contribute to business continuity updates and disaster recovery planning support
Prepare data inputs for compliance reporting and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

13 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, learning/development or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and cyber risk tooling a plus
Interest in developing a career in cyber risk, compliance, or business continuity
Bachelors degree in information systems or related discipline preferred
