A client of Insight Globals is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their team remotely. The role involves troubleshooting Time Entry and Accounting ERP applications, specifically Intapp Time and Elite 3E. You will provide support to internal users, resolving login issues, system integrations, and domain network problems. Additionally, you will create, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards. A personal laptop is required for this position.

3+ years of experience troubleshooting a variety of ERP applications specifically Time Entry and Accounting applications
Experience creating dashboards in PowerBI and monitoring dashboards for updates & maintenance as requested
Require personal laptop
Previous experience troubleshooting Intapp Time or Elite 3E
