Job Description
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for pharmacy production systems, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and user environments. You’ll troubleshoot and maintain legacy infrastructure including databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, DB2/UDB), operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Unix), and web services (IIS). You’ll also support prescription fulfillment equipment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows. As the organization transitions to cloud-native technologies, you’ll lead efforts in Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, and automate processes with Python, Ansible, and NodeJS. You’ll monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure rapid incident response and resolution.
Compensation: $40/hr. to $50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a production pharmacy environment (user, hardware, and IT/business support).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databases: SQL Server, MariaDB, UDB/DB2, Oracle
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix
- Tools & Platforms: Microsoft 365, Web Services/IIS
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Automation & IaC: Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions
- Scripting & Development: Python, Ansible, NodeJS, Powershell
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana
- On-call support and incident triage experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Google Cloud Architect Certification
