Insight Global is searching for a mid to senior level .NET developer with a focus on Azure for our retail client to sit remote in India. Under general direction, the team member will design, develop, and implement technology to drive customer and business initiatives. This individual will help the client move from a Unix environment to an Azure cloud environment. They will be responsible for going through the backlog and write new code to fit the business needs. The role is responsible for developing, leveraging and incorporating new technology into the existing tech-stack. Key responsibilities include development of new internal and external systems, integrations of third-party hardware and software systems, and creating analytics/reporting platforms to satisfy stakeholders. The team member should be interested in embracing a wide variety of technologies to improve customer and business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly provide high quality solutions based on incomplete business requirements.

Bachelors degree in Information Systems / Computer Science
6-11 years of IT Experience
4+ years of experience as a software engineer / programmer / developer
4+ years of experience in .NET / C#, Web API, Azure
4+ years of experience in microservices, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with GitHub
o Used for their code repository
Experience with Azure authentication and authorization
o Azure AD, Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management (APIM)
5+ years of experience with SQL and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)
Experience with frontend technologies like Javascript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS
Retail systems/application support experience
Experienced in Agile development / tools (Jira, Confluence etc)
Experience with XML, XSLT, or NAXML
Experience with database design
Experience with ETL, SOA, SSIS
Experience with Restful APIs and JSON
Experience developing for mobile technology
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Understanding of User Experience
