One of Insight Global's educational services clients is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Management Information Systems Director and team. This role is a permanent opportunity, onsite 5 days a week in Schnecksville, PA. Below are some of the day-to-day responsibilities for this role:
- advanced computer skills, knowledge of Windows and MS Office Suite
- Secretarial skills using phone systems, fax machines, copier, scanner, computer and calculator
- must maintain complete confidentiality
- ability to organize, plan and manage job responsibilities
- data entry and collection
- interpersonal skills and excellent customer service to all MIS customers
- coordinate maintenance on vans, hardware deliveries and storage of purchases for the department
- compile information for billing
- track billings and payments

3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
1 year of experience assisting a director
high school diploma or GED
