We are looking for 2 Project managers for the creation of learning content and activity. This person will facilitate meetings and document meeting outcomes, ensuring that action items are accurately recorded and followed up on promptly. Responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, relying on attention to detail to maintain comprehensive records and follow-ups. Coordinate all learning requirements, including design, development, and delivery requests based on approved priorities. Engaging with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect requirements and improve learning experiences. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the learning process to ensure a consistent, repeatable, and positive user experience. This person will also work on the execution of learning programs. This will include creation and implementation of standardized templates and processes for learning experiences, and procedural documents across various channels to ensure clear and effective information delivery to each target audience. Drive the execution of learning demand, including design, development, delivery, feedback, and hypercare/support post-release. Responsible for maintaining multiple communication and community channels, keeping all parties informed and engaged. Manage account administration, license allocation and troubleshoot user issues with the learning platform (such as Pluralsight).

2-3+ Years of experience working in a Project Manager role or similar
Experience working with Jira for documentation and project tracking
Proven ability to be self-sufficient and highly organized within a fast paced Agile environment
Must have excellent communication skills, highly organized, willingness to learn
Experience in Data analytics (type of skills for trending and reporting within spreadsheets)
Power BI Skills are also a plus
