Job Description
Duties will include design, specifying, engineering, programming, testing work in the office and field commissioning all as part of an electrical engineering team. Projects will involve domestic and international travel opportunities.
· PLC/DCS programming with various systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell)
· HMI/SCADA application development to include Visual Basic for applications (VBA) and SQL and relational database experience
· Motor Controls / AC Drives
· Process control instrumentation
· Industrial network layout and implementation
· Various communication protocols (EthernetIP, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Controlnet, RS485 etc.)
· Electrical schematics, P&IDs
· Power distribution and layout
· Commissioning and troubleshooting
· Customer remote support
· Knowledge of combustion or electric firing systems
· Coordination with in house Panel Shop
· Electrical panel testing
· Laboratory test activities
· Specify bills of material
· Project documentation (calculations, data sheets, etc.)
