A healthcare insurance company is looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of data projects. Currently, the data team is working to turn data analytics work into actionable insights that address key business goals (i.e. Total Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Member Engagement, Risk Adjustment). As the data team's Scrum Master you are responsible for the backlog of data ingestion/compilation items, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments and ensuring the team implements effective agile processes to deliver results. The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible in their agile approach when considering to leverage a Scrum or Kanban framework to cater to different project needs and team dynamics.

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting data related projects
- Proven ability to run stand up meetings and manage product backlog
- Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Strong understanding of data development projects
