Functional Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for 2 Functional Business Analysts to work with an enterprise-level healthcare organization. This resource will perform process improvement across the enterprise, interacting with stakeholders (Clinical, technical, financial) to improve cost savings. To be successful in this role, this resource will have real-world experience gathering structured requirements from stakeholders, identifying gaps in different lines of business, and presenting to executive leadership. Hands-on Excel skills are required, along with healthcare-specific experience, and a Bachelors Degree. This role is hybrid in Newtown Square, PA. Candidates must consent to a background check and drug screen upon hiring for this position.

- 3-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with clinical stakeholders & general healthcare-related projects
- Project-based experience related to cost-saving initiatives for a healthcare client
- Experience taking in structured requirements and working cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Sharp communication, desire to work heads-up with stakeholders & present using PowerPoint
- Real-world experience identifying gaps and performing process improvement
- Excel skills (Macros, Pivot tables)
- Bachelors Degree
