Job Description

A healthcare insurance client is hiring a Data Architect to design and implement scalable interoperability solutions aligned to CMS compliance standards. As the Data Architect your primary responsibility is developing and maintaining data models (logical, physical and conceptual) that support healthcare-specific requirements (Clinical, Claims, Member, Provider, EHR etc.). Additional responsibilities include:
· Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure interoperability solutions aligned to USCDI-US Core compliant.
· Optimize data storage solutions, reducing latency and ensuring quick access to real-time and historical data.
· Help to establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuing data consistency, quality, and standardization across systems.
· Collaborate with IT Professionals and business leaders to understand their data needs and ensure architecture supports organizational goals.
· Evaluate and recommend data management technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies that optimize data collection and integration for healthcare applications.
· Ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations to protect sensitive patient information with HIPAA standards.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
