Job Description
o A leader in the healthcare payor space is actively hiring for an Application Support Lead to own incident and operational support of their critical Clinical and PHM application platforms. In this role, you will lead a team that helps keep the system stable, improve processes, and resolves issues quickly. You must have strong communication skills and be able to actively engage with customers and business partners to understand needs, discuss issues and guide resolution. This role also requires solid analytical thinking and clear collaboration with developers to work through technical problems. You will coordinate product releases and work with IT teams to prevent recurring issues. Key responsibilities include;
Application Integrations: Monitor and resolve application integrations between clinical systems, data warehouses, and downstream platforms, including interface and data flow issues.
Data & ETL Support: Analyze and remediate data quality, ETL, and reporting issues by performing root cause analysis and partnering with technical teams on long-term fixes.
Incident & Production Support: Participate in production support, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration with application, data, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Required Skills & Experience
o 7+ years' experience supporting and troubleshooting healthcare related software systems
o Experience creating SOPs, best practices, and/or process documentation for applications/systems
o Experience with SQL
o Experience analyzing and resolving data/ETL process issues (SSIS)
o Experience operating in a lead capacity for on and/or offshore team members
o Ability to support/communicate to stakeholders and maintain high performance & quality in a fast-paced environment of an Application Production Support Team
o Clear, concise communicator focused on system stability, data accuracy, and issue resolution
o Experience writing or modifying .NET or C# code in a production environment
o Experience in SDLC, Agile Methodology – role includes some project support abilities
o Must be willing to work on-call rotation schedule that can impact weekends or after-hours
