Job Description

A healthcare insurance client is hiring an offshore RPA Architect to oversee the implementation and strategic direction of their UiPath platform. This person is responsible for managing the platform, developing solutions, motioning performance and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency. When errors arise, this person will catalog errors, create a mitigation plan and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues while adhering to best practices. The ideal candidate will leverage their UiPath architecture knowledge to conduct code reviews and enforce governance across the UiPath platform. This person will play an integral part in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience developing UiPath solutions
5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows server desktop sessions, path management and security
5+ years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into UiPath workflows
7+ years of experience programming in .NET or C# with object oriented design
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively present ideas, and collaborate across teams
