Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing Sales Operations function. This role will focus on maintaining core operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling the sales team through efficient systems, reporting, and support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong foundation in CRM management, reporting, and sales support, along with an interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
· Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities, ensuring continuity of core processes.
· Maintain and manage CRM data integrity, including opportunity and pipeline accuracy.
· Assist with deal support, including deal processing, validations, and approvals.
· Execute routine reporting and dashboards to support sales leadership (forecasting, pipeline, etc.).
· Partner with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure alignment across systems and processes.
· Support territory assignments, account ownership updates, and sales hierarchy maintenance.
· Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance reporting and insights.
· Support the adoption of AI driven capabilities within Sales Operations (e.g., forecasting insights, data enrichment, process automation).
· Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of enhancements.
· Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience working in a Sales Operations role within an enterprise Software or Cloud company
- 3+ years of experience working in a CRM - (Workday, Salesforce, SAC which is SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Experience checking data in the CRM for data validations and good data hygiene to maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Experience using an AI tools or AI prompts to help with reporting or creating workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (SAC) preferred
