This position is for our large software client. The Business Data Analyst primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of support process improvement efforts and help to build and establish project and program governance models. This position will be responsible to implement customers into the various cloud hyperscalers/environments. This position will also work on process improvements including documentation around NS2 Managed Cloud Delivery (MCD).
- Good understanding of systems and how they are running
- Knowledge of SAP systems or Oracle
- Will generate reports on producing monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Assist the MCD Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices
- Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
- Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions
- Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
- Contribute to development and maintenance of standards, processes, and best practices

- 4+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or Cloud Reporting Analyst or
- Has experience working with and reporting on Cloud based software (SAP software is a plus)
- Expert in Excel in creating pivot tables, Vlook ups, and macros
- Experience pulling information from ServiceNow tickets to report on software outages for SLA reports
- Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
