Job Description

A leader in the Medicaid/Medicare space is looking to hire a REMOTE Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of their Application and Data Portfolio's IT projects. Currently, the team is working to enhance their business applications and data exchanges to optimize the business. As the Scrum Master you are responsible for facilitating Scrum events, while also working with the project manager to ensure the team is able to deliver within defined project timelines. The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible in their agile approach when considering to leverage a Scrum or Kanban framework to cater to different project needs and team dynamics.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross functional IT projects/initiatives
- Proven ability to run stand up meetings and manage product backlog
- Experience working in a multiple methodology environment organization that is transitioning into Agile
- Strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Background in healthcare or health insurance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience using Agility tool
- Scrum Certifications
- Product Owner experience
