A leading health insurance company is seeking a Remote Developer with IBM ACE and Apigee expertise to join their Enterprise Integration Services team. This team is responsible for optimizing and integrating APIs with backend systems to support key enterprise projects such as CRM migrations and data interoperability. As an IBM ACE & Apigee expert, you will be responsible for the following:
· API Development: Spend 70% of your time designing, developing, and configuring APIs using Apigee based on business requirements.
· Integration: Use IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) for data transformation and integration across multiple backend systems for the remaining 30% of your time.
· Security: Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to enhance security for integrated systems.

7+ years of overall IT experience in integration and API development.
5+ years hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (or IBM Integration Bus) and working with Apigee
Proficient in ESQL, XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, REST, JavaScript and Java.
Solid understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
experience with PingFederate.
