Job Description

One of our EVS clients in Newtown Square, PA is actively looking for a temporary Accounting Manager for a 4-5 month contract. This position would be from mid May-October. You will provide financial oversight and management for our EVS client. They currently have over 100 locations that are consolidating financially so having basic understanding of consolidations would be ideal. This position is 4 days WFH, one day onsite per week.



Main responsibilities include:

- Period close including all JE's (journal entry) and account reconciliation as well as interaction with Ops Team and Controller

- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable

- Management of a couple of large suppliers from an AP perspective

- Assist and manage a small team of 3, which include AP, AR, and Billing

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of Accounting Management experience, or Senior Accountant experience

Bachelors in Accounting / Finance

Service or Manufacturing Industry

Oracle

Experience working with multiple locations or consolidations

Proficient in Excel -data manipulation, basic formulas, V-look ups & pivot tables

Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
