A large medical device manufacturing client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be responsible for connecting with customers to solve equipment-related issues, document issues and solutions for company, and processing service requests. This role will include little to no phone calls - service work will be predominantly through the SAP Portal and email (Outlook).
