Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Power Platform Engineer / Power Automate Architect who has built large-scale automation solutions, understands the Microsoft ecosystem inside and out, and can own both the development and ongoing management of enterprise SharePoint and Power Automate solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level Power Automate experience in large enterprise environments
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams administration and integrations
• Proven track record building enterprise-scale workflows and automations
• Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft applications and third-party platforms
• Experience supporting and deploying solutions used by 100+ users across multiple departments
• Ability to design, build, and maintain complex business processes from end to end
• Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, external users, and guest collaboration
Experience creating SharePoint sites and collaboration portals for both internal and external stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting (AEC) industry
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within the M365 ecosystem
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert)
• Salesforce
