- Core Oracle HCM Functional Expertise - benefits, recruiting, performance management, succession planning, talent management, some payroll
- Strong technical and development capabilities - exprience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Report Development, Oracle BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, Coding and TechnicalnConfiguration, Solution Design
- Oracle AI Agent Experience
- ERP/ Cloud Transformation Experience
- Stakeholder Engagement Experience

Insight Global is hiring an Oracle HCM Solution Architect, who combines strong stakeholder-facing consulting skills with hands on technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, integrations, reporting and configuration. This person will have experience modernizing Oracle Environments, supporting recruiting, performance, benefits modules, and ideally have exposure with Oracle AI Agent Studio and large scale Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.
