Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a client of ours in Delson, Quebec (Montreal). In this position you will responsible for building rapport with current and new customers, providing product advice and technical support, and preparing quotations and sales orders. You will close accounts by handling inquiries via phone calls and email, and entering information into company databases. Your role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards by implementing process improvements and conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues. Additionally you will develop quotations by analyzing customer specifications and aligning them with the company's sales strategy and technical capabilities. You will be required to stay knowledgeable about products and industry developments, work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and timely preparation of reports, and source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development position within the manufacturing industry
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong experience providing product advice, technical support, and completing orders for inbound customer calls and emails
- Education: Highschool Diploma OR Equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working for a steel manufacturer in customer service or sales
- Basic understanding of how to navigate CAD files and review drawings to determine specifications for parts and/or materials
