Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support technical teams in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and system requirements for new development and enhancement projects across the organization.
This person will work in a heavily Waterfall‑driven environment, with some Agile components used for planning and tracking. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in requirements elicitation, documentation, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering, and can operate independently with minimal oversight.
Compensation: $38/hr to $42/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years with SDLC, Waterfall and/or Agile methodology
- 7+ years writing use cases and requirements documentation
- 7+ years developing business requirements
- 7+ years developing functional requirements
- 7+ years in business process re‑engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-3+ years in business change management
- 3+ years experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
