A client of Insight Global is seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Lead Test Engineer—a true “Testing Geek” and strategist—to lead the creation and execution of a scalable Enterprise Testing Strategy and Framework (people, process, & technology). This role is ideal for a hands-on quality leader who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence in testing across complex healthcare systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
• Proven success in designing and scaling enterprise testing frameworks; including all people, process, and the technology-related aspects.
• Expertise in Selenium and other automation technologies.
• Preferred experience with platforms such as Jiva or HRP.
• Proficiency with tests involving FHIR APIs, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, cross-browser/device strategies, data management and quality governance, SQL (including writing and integrating SQL into Selenium).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cross-browser/device testing strategies, data management and quality governance.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and the related competencies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with other healthcare competencies and platforms, such as; MediCal (Medicaid), D-SNIP, Health Plans, Core Claims Systems, FACETS, or Guardian.
