Location: Onsite in Collegeville, PA
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• OR Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts with Friday off

Job Description:
Division 9 Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Collegeville, PA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is crucial in supporting our office operations and contributing to the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the office and project management teams.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide cross-functional support to various departments as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience working for a construction company

Compensation: $20-25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
