Job Description:
Division 9 Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Collegeville, PA. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is crucial in supporting our office operations and contributing to the success of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office and project management teams.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide cross-functional support to various departments as needed.
