Job Description

The Project Manager – TDS Digital Governance & Operations supports the TDS Digital Leadership Team in executing governance, portfolio tracking, and digital transformation activities. The role ensures structured execution, visibility, and alignment across digital initiatives, driving consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Governance & Leadership Support
- Support planning and execution of governance meetings
- Collect and prioritize governance topics
- Maintain governance cadence and calendars

Governance Execution & Action Tracking
- Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Track progress and follow up on actions
- Maintain governance trackers and Kanban boards

Digital Change Management Support
- Support change management activities across digital initiatives
- Capture requirements, timelines, and adoption milestones
- Assist in training and communication planning

Portfolio & Project Visibility
- Maintain dashboards and trackers
- Ensure visibility into status, risks, and milestones
- Provide leadership-ready reporting

Product & Financial Tracking Support
- Assist in product memo and business case creation
- Support budget tracking and forecasting
- Track spend vs plan with finance

Planning & Coordination
- Support execution of digital operating model
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Standardize templates and tools

Qualifications
- 5+ years project/portfolio management experience
- Experience in matrixed environments
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Preferred
- Experience in pharma/CMC/R&D environments
- Exposure to digital transformation
- Familiarity with dashboards and portfolio tools

Required Skills & Experience

Pharma experience, project management

- 5+ years project/portfolio management experience

preferred R&D / Change Management internally, Agile
budget tracking experience, forecasting

Managing the backlog of work coming in, on track with milestones
reporting/track BI tools experience to demonstrate value to the business

Tableau, power bi - mostly the principal knowledge behind them and how to use the data - not building out the visualization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

EMEA exposure preferred.
