Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Packaging Coordinator in Mechanicsburg, PA. this person will be responsible for the physical assembly or packaging of product into a single kil for order fulfillment. The right person will ensure all necessary products are ordered and ready for assembly. They will pick the products (based on the order requirements) from the warehouse and assemble them into a single package. The Kitting Program Specialist will document each kit, label them with a unique SKU and skip the kit to the customer. This person plays a crucial role in streamlining the order fulfillment process and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Excel and Word experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable tracking daily production records
Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
Ability to recognize and resolve majority of issues independently
Consistently exhibit high level of motivation and sense of urgency, exceptional follow-up and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree
Fluent in Spanish
