Job Description
Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Process Scientist to join their Technical Operations team in Lititz, PA. This individual will be responsible for change control deliverables/documentation, investigations, corrective/preventative actions, and new product release data collection and analysis in their proprietary systems. They will lead in conducting troubleshooting supply issues, global change control (GCC), root cause
analysis, and remediation for technical-related issues. Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA)
implementation and follow up to ensure CAPA eƯectiveness to address investigation and the root
causes related to process deviation, stability, out of specification, out of trend, out of expectation,
complaints, and others as applicable. They will also lead small to moderately sized project tasks per established timeline, including but not limited to the technology transfer process for New Product Introductions, Product Improvements, and new raw material qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field.
- Formulation Experience
- Process knowledge related to process/product development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- GMP Experience
Experience within the Consumer, OTC, or Pharmaceutical industry
