Our Consumer Manufacturing Client is seeking a Labor Relations HR Specialist to join their team in preparation for upcoming discussions with unions. This individual will analyze company business strategy as it relates to administration of BA and execution of manufacturing processes as it relates to a Union Environment. The Labor Relations HR Specialist will be developing, analyzing, and writing contract language as it relates to the preparation of the backroom or bargaining table discussions. They must have experience with collection bargaining agreements and direct interface with labor unions and administration with them. This individual will sit onsite in Lititz, PA.
