Job Description

Under the supervision of the Senior Credit & Collections Generalist, this position is responsible for assessing
the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers to minimize financial risk.

Supports the corporate goal of maximizing profitability by protecting the companys investment in accounts
receivable.

Assures the quality and integrity of accounts receivable by supporting the Credit and Collections Manager
as well as field personnel as required.

Resolves Credit CRM inquiries
Responds to notifications received via CRM within the expected timeframes.

Monitors compliance of districts with respect to corporate policies and procedures. Where necessary and
applicable, report non-compliance concerns to manager of credit and collections.

Maintains and coordinates the process of account information flow to outside collections agencies to ensure
adherence with contractual terms and established guidelines.

Participates in testing of systems/system enhancements as needed and provide appropriate feedback.

Records bankruptcy notices and subsequent write-offs in SAP & Debtnext.

Reviews and updates Debtnext action item requests.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Degree or equivalent/some college-level accounting or related courses.

0-2 years of work experience in collections or customer service preferred
