Job Description
                    
                        
                            A financial customer of ours is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in PDLC/SDLC, JIRA, and change management to lead strategic initiatives and deliver scalable solutions. This role blends program management with agile transformation, focusing on process improvements, tooling best practices, and managing project intake and quarterly planning.
Compensation: $38/hr. to $43/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education

                        Required Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            - 5–7 years in program delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles
- Proven track record managing enterprise tech projects
- Advanced JIRA admin skills: workflows, dashboards, custom fields, permissions
- Strong grasp of change management and scalable processes (intake, planning, PDLC)
- Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint
- Experience in hybrid project environments (Waterfall + Agile)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
                        
                    
                    
                        Nice to Have Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar certifications 
- Experience in digital transformation or organizational change
