Insight Global's top pharmaceutical client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their Omnichannel Marketing Operations division. The consultant will be assigned two cross-functional brand team that have been organized into an "Agile Pods," and will responsible for leading Scrum ceremonies to more effectively and efficiently develop targeted Marketing Campaigns. The Scrum Master will be deployed to a specific Pharma Brand "Pod," consisting of Creative Agency, UX, IT Partners, Marketing Partners, and Promotional Review responsible for collaborating on the development of Marketing Assets. 60% of their responsibility will be running scrum ceremonies, planning sprints, grooming backlogs, managing timelines/user stories, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. The Pods will be leveraging associated technology to build and approve assets (PromoMats, Kanban boards, Adobe Workfront), but will not be responsible for technology builds or enhancements. The other 40% will be focused on establishing Agile Best Practices across the pods including coaching, suggesting tools, documenting standards, and leading change management activity. The Candidate must have previous experience working as a Scrum Master, and knowledge of Digital Marketing Concepts, ideally within a pharmaceutical setting.

2-5 years' experience in Agile Methodology, ideally acting as a Scrum Master
Knowledge of Digital Marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional Brand teams
Pharmaceutical Marketing experience (HUGE PLUS but not technically required)
Experience partnering with Creative Agencies, Business, Copy Approval, and IT to deliver marketing content (Websites, Email Campaigns, etc.)
Experience leading scrum ceremonies, coaching agile pods, grooming backlog and leveraging agile tools (JIRA, Kanban Boards, Workfront etc.)
Training, change management, and advanced documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
