Insight Globals top Pharmaceutical client is building a team of Data Science Associates to join their Commercial Advanced Analytics organization. The Associates will be aligned to a specific therapeutic area to engage with Brand leadership, Data Science teams, and 3rd party service providers to help build AI/ML Data Products that enhance marketing capabilities. On a daily basis the associate will be involved in a variety of tasks including conducting exploratory data analysis of commercial/claims data, identifying opportunities to improve models in production, Create simple multivariate regression, clustering, or optimization models to support adhoc business needs, build production level data pipelines, and/or new features. The associate should also feel comfortable with stakeholder engagement and have the ability to present on their solutions to the team. The associate will be part of a team of similarly skilled professionals across therapeutic areas that they will be able to work collaboratively on. Formal training on the clients tools and environment will be provided. There will be a strong likelihood the position will move fulltime with the client in the future.

2-3 years of professional experience in enterprise data analytics or data science
Technical Skills in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and BI/data visualization (Tableau preferred)
Knowledge of a variety of Machine Learning techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, regression, etc.
Project and Product Management Skills and ability to present findings to business stakeholders
Agile development methodology knowledge (Ceremonies, JIRA boards, etc)
Knowledge of Data Engineering principles, CI/CD, and/or ML Ops
Advanced Degree in computer science, analytics, or similar
Knowledge of Commercial Pharma syndicated data sets (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo, etc.)
Strong coding skills and experience building data pipelines
