Job Description

· Manages commissioning process various mission critical projects
○ You will support Southland's service group as a big part of this division’s growth
○ Works collaboratively with the team to develop the project commissioning plan
· Partners with owners’ agent to meet start-up, testing, and integration requirements.
· You will be driving to multiple projects within the PA market (up to two hours)
You will spend the majority of your time in the field initially until they grow a team, then will transition to more office as needed

Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years’ experience, including 3+ years’ people management
○ Strong knowledge of how buildings operate + Experience with commissioning building systems
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field preferred or applicable experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Looking for this person to have an entrepreneurial flare!
· Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans
Ability to motivate and lead employee, manage project team
