Job Description

Ensures compliance with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and controls for erosion and sedimentation. This includes managing environmental impacts across 3,200 acres of redevelopment. Conducts inspections and maintains documentation for environmental compliance aligned with EPA and state regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves
• Knowledge of SWPPP and erosion control practices
• Experience with environmental inspections
• Familiarity with EPA and local environmental regulations
Plusses
• CPESC or CESSWI certification
• Experience with large-scale construction projects
