Supports civil construction related to electrical infrastructure including duct banks, grounding grids, and equipment pads. This includes enabling reliable power distribution to AI data centers and substations. Coordinates with electrical and civil teams to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• Experience with civil works for electrical systems
• Knowledge of grounding and conduit installation
• Ability to interpret civil and electrical drawings
Plusses
• Experience with substation or switchyard civil works
• Familiarity with CAD or BIM tools
