The Inventory Technician Associate works as a part of the Inventory Technician Team on
projects where TRIMEDX installs and maintains asset monitoring tags for existing clients, under
the supervision and direction of leadership. Duties include but are not limited to inventory
projects at designated customer sites, validation and inspection of medical equipment with an
TRIMEDX asset tag and ensuring the asset tag is matched up with the device ID as listed in our
CMMS system.
Responsibilities
Attend all identified asset tag installation sites and review assets as part of the project team.
Follow TRIMEDX process for validating of existing medical equipment asset tags and perform
corresponding matching process withing TRIMEDX CMMS system.
Ensure attention to detail when reviewing tags and devices, and matching identifiers in
TRIMEDX systems.
Ensure understanding of in-scope devices to be tagged and/or scanned.
Communicate process improvement ideas and flag identified risks to designated leader in
charge.
All other duties as assigned.

No previous experience in technical/electronics field is required. Experience working in a
hospital environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems.
Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication skills working in a hospital environment (where you will come in
contact with hospital staff, patients and guests while performing work).
Time Management - Uses time effectively and efficiently; sets priorities.
Functional/Technical Skills Ability to learn functional and technical skills to do the job and
deliver strong performance.
Ability to work both solo and in a collaborative team format.
Education and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some education in a technical/electronics field
or equivalent military training is preferred.
While driving is not required for this role, work will be performed at a variety of sites. A key
qualification is the ability to have a means of transportation to get to/from sites on a daily basis.
