Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects in industrial, manufacturing, and mining environments. This role involves managing small to medium-sized projects, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of electrical systems including PLCs, SCADA, and power distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage electrical engineering projects ranging from $50K to $500K in budget.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Collaborate with procurement and engineering/design teams to develop construction packages for subcontractors.
Coordinate with internal programming teams for SCADA/PLC development and integration.
Ensure electrical integration is well-documented and represented in project deliverables.
Interface with clients to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Support projects related to water reclamation, drainage, and environmental water delivery.
Lead cross-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and field operations.

Required Skills & Experience

715 years of experience in project management and electrical engineering.
Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized industrial projects.
Strong understanding of SCADA/PLC systems and electrical integration.
Experience with budget control, cost tracking, and schedule management.
Experience supporting projects related to water reclamation, drainage, and environmental water delivery.
Ability to produce detailed electrical packages and sketches.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and disciplines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Field experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit 3D, and electrical design software.
Familiarity with SKM or ETAP for substation and electrical room design.
Experience in business development or client relationship management.
