Job Description

The Architectural Marketing Project Specialist will be partnering with the architectural Project manager to help provide back-end project management support for all of the customer facing deliverables for the communities. These marketing materials/deliverables are used by the clients customers and internal teams, to sell their homes. The deliverables and architectural marketing assets include: Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Community Specific Floor Plans, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans, Exterior Renderings and Virtual Rendered Tours. Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills in order to prioritize projects, complete in a timely manner and ensure all details are accurate. Will need to communicate and collaborate with different internal teams. Will be responsible for placing orders for the production studio and ordering rendering tasks for the virtual team.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma
1+ years of coordination experience within architectural, residential, design or marketing field
Must be able to multitask, work independently, and have attention to detail
Experience within Adobe Suite and Microsoft office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree
Residential building experience
Experience working with Construction Documents
Experience in Workfront
