Job Description

One of our large clients in Semiconductor field is looking to hire a temporary administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the sales department. Responsibilities will include typing, working with spread sheets, data entry, and general support duties.

Main Responsibilities:
-Provides administrative and clerical support to department managers
-Process and enter customer information efficiently and correctly into Oracle system.
-Interact with our Field Service Team over email as well as the phone.
-Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing system.
-Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma or GED
-Minimum 3 years of experience working with standards office equipment - scanners, copier, computer, etc.
-Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
-Experience working with all levels of personnel
-Proactive individual with excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Associates Degree
-Technology industry background or engineering
-Oracle experience
