Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager – Enterprise Data Governance for a large, global life sciences organization. This role will lead a high-impact, business-driven transformation focused on strengthening customer, product, and commercial data governance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who can navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into sustainable governance models. This position plays a critical role in protecting revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable growth through standardized, well-governed data.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of enterprise program or project management experience
• Hands-on experience with master data, data governance, or business process standardization
• Strong business acumen across Sales, Commercial, Product, Finance, Operations, and IT
• Experience building structured governance models in ambiguous environments
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP fundamentals / alignment with PMO standards
• Experience managing ~$1M budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with enterprise data governance programs
• SAP and Salesforce coordination experience
• Familiarity with EDW/CDW standards
• Experience supporting revenue-impacting systems (billing, quoting, compensation)
• German language proficiency
• Prior work in global, matrixed organizations
