Job Description
The Floor Planning Analyst will play a key role in developing store‑specific floorplans that align with financial strategies, improve productivity, and enhance the in‑store customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable partnering cross‑functionally to influence decisions through data‑driven insights. This role offers exposure to large‑scale retail planning initiatives, including new store development, remodels, and seasonal strategy execution.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in space planning, floor planning, or retail store planning
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
• Experience creating store‑specific floorplans or space recommendations
• Ability to identify business risks and opportunities at store, district, and regional levels
• Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to business partners
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of plans prior to execution
• Ability to manage multiple draw cycles and deadlines simultaneously
• Cross‑functional collaboration experience with merchandising, space, or planning teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting new store openings, remodels, or prototype development
• Familiarity with forecast models, heat maps, or space productivity tools
• Experience working with brand shops, graphics, or retail integration teams
• Prior experience in sporting goods or large‑format retail
• Experience acting as a system or process subject matter expert
• Exposure to space management systems and tools
