Job Description
The IT Manager, D365 is responsible for advancing the organization by leading, coordinating, and delivering system implementations (by project phase and/or module) and managing integration activities. This role is focused on achieving deliverables against time and cost constraints. The ideal candidate has strong project management knowledge, a functional understanding of the D365 Finance & Operations application, and experience managing integrations between D365 and other 3rd party systems
Salary Range 150K- 200K

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
At least 2 years of direct experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
Experience managing or supporting systems integrations and working with integration tools (e.g., Azure, APIs, Power Platform, MuleSoft).
Strong understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and change management practices.
Self-starter with the ability to lead teams through ambiguity to solve problems and drive results
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration and the achievement of objectives; Demonstrated ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
Influencing skills and independent thinking when working with a broad range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to subject matter experts
Expertise with the full Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint along with project management knowledge within Microsoft DevOps
Travel with personal vehicle to and from various plants and client locations (Mileage and tolls will be reimbursed)
Possess a valid Driver's license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Industry experience (Concrete, aggregate – cement, sand, stone)
In depth knowledge of the Finance and Supply Chain modules
Master’s degree in a related field
Certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, PMP/PMI)
