Insight Global is hiring Program Manager to lead our clients Data Accessibility Program within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is critical for driving modernization of our data warehouse and cloud strategy, ensuring secure, high-quality, and accessible data across multiple business lines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of program management experience in large organizations.
- Insurance industry experience
- Proven leadership in data warehouse modernization and cloud implementations (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Jira.
- Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive execution across diverse teams.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, master data, and enterprise content programs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, RDS) and upcoming Snowflake implementation.
- Experience implementing data strategies
- Understanding of Informatica, ETL processes, and data lifecycle (bronze to gold layers).
