Job Description

This role supports project and program management activities through coordination, documentation, reporting, and budget tracking. The person will work closely with project managers and gain hands on exposure to how projects are run at WSP, with growth toward a future PM role.

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or mid level Business Analyst role
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (hands on, daily use required) to trrack project budgets, POs, and payments
• Experience manipulating and organizing large, complex spreadsheets and maintain and organize large project datasets (2,000+ data points)
• Create and update project documentation and presentations (PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Conduct research and develop business cases and supporting materials
