Insight Global is looking for an experienced M&A Applications Integration to join a large global engineering firm. They will play a crucial role in the integration of a newly acquired company, around 4,000 users. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to ensure a smooth transition and successful merger of technologies and processes. As the M&A Applications Integrator, you will be at the forefront of our integration efforts, conducting onsite discovery to gain a deep understanding of the acquired company's technological landscape and operations. You'll coordinate and communicate activities among 8 WSP team members involved in the M&A process, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. A critical aspect of your role will be facilitating business enablement by transitioning employees to the companies environment and managing the integration of systems and processes. You'll be responsible for reviewing and consolidating agreements, contracts, and licenses, as well as identifying and addressing technical debt while merging systems to the companies standards. Collaboration with teams across various domains, including ERP, BI & Data, will be essential as you manage this 1-2 year long integration process. Your ability to balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and drive the integration forward will be key to the success of this significant merger. This is a fully remote opportunity with ability for extensions.

Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, particularly in technology integration
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-faceted projects
Experience in reviewing technical debt, licenses, and contracts
Proficiency in using Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
Excellent soft skills, including communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
