Job Description

Due to increasing complexity and volume in cold chain operations, one of our large Pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Supply Network Planner to support short-term planning and operational execution for product movement into and out of third-party cold chain sites—primarily in the Netherlands. This role bridges operational knowledge centered in Ireland with execution needs across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
• Cold Chain Site Coordination:
Manage weekly shipment schedules for Scisafe NL, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external planners.
• Operational Planning & Communication:
Lead weekly sync calls with Scisafe NL to review schedules, identify risks, and propose process improvements.
• Process & Tool Development:
Design new documentation and tools to support internal shipment lanes, incorporating smart formulas and scalable logic.
• Cross-Network Support:
Collaborate with inbound/outbound partners (e.g., FUJI Denmark, Samsung, Cork, Lonza) to ensure smooth product flow.
• Hypercare & Execution:
Support Cold Chain Planning during hypercare phases and weekly operational uploads across the network.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–5 years in pharmaceutical GMP operations and planning
• Strong understanding of supply and demand planning across countries
• Experience with release times, lead times, and GMP quality requirements
• Familiarity with import/export trade regulations in the EU
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build smart tools
• Strong communication and resolution-driving capabilities
