Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Construction Supervisor to join their client's growing team. The right person will have a strong background in utility, telecom, fiber, or outside plant construction and experience coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will spend the majority of their time in the office overseeing project execution, managing schedules, coordinating with field crews, subcontractors, utilities, and customers, and ensuring projects remain on track from planning through completion. They will review construction packages, track production and budgets, manage permitting and documentation, review as-builts, resolve project issues, and serve as the primary point of coordination between field operations and internal stakeholders. While this role includes some field visits for quality inspections and issue resolution, the primary focus is project supervision, contractor management, and driving successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of utility, telecom, broadband, or outside plant (OSP) construction experience with experience leading field crews and subcontractors.
- Field leadership experience supervising telecom construction crews and subcontractors.
- understanding f back office software systems used for project tracking and project management (Google suite/Microsoft office/Microsoft Project/etc)
