Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, support, and optimize automation solutions across IT and business teams. This role owns the full lifecycle of RPA applications—from solution design through ongoing performance monitoring—and helps maintain the overall RPA architecture and infrastructure. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in RPA.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath, Blue Prism, or Kofax.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots
Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend effective automation solutions
Bachelor’s degree required
**Onsite 2x a week in Reading, PA or Tampa, FL)**
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with document automation and agentic AI.
Technical exposure to SQL, Java/web development, REST APIs, and iSeries DB2.
