Job Description
Our transportation client is looking for a Research Analyst to join their Customer Insights Team. The candidate will understand a business issue and work to develop an approach. The individual will be conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. This individual will be tasked with designing primary research studies and surveys and developing reports and also reviewing secondary research. They will be creating presentations and reports for business partners and leadership.
